Fried tofu

It's Saturday and I feel like to eat fried tofu. :)

There's no fancy recipe for the tofu. All I did was, cut it into small cubes, add few pinches of curry and turmeric powder, and also a pinch of salt.

Then I let the tofu undisturbed while cooking in order to give the tofu more texture (crunchy golden crust) and flavor. Nyums....!
